This Week at Mortgages in Lincoln: Awards, Rate Changes and Easter Breaks

It has been another busy and emotional couple of weeks for the team, with industry events, changing mortgage rates and plenty of client activity keeping everyone on their toes. As we head into the Easter break, here is what has been going on.

Carrie
The team is settling into a new chapter in the office. It has been a period of change, but one filled with support and teamwork.
Last week, the team attended The Lincolnshire Business Awards, where there were many fantastic achievements celebrated across the region. It was also a special moment to see an award presented in Colin’s memory, making it a proud and emotional evening for everyone.

Amy
The past couple of weeks have certainly kept Amy busy. Mortgage rates have been changing quickly, with products being withdrawn and replaced at short notice. This means acting fast to secure rates for clients before they increase.
Amy has also been experiencing it from a personal perspective, with her own mortgage up for renewal. Like many clients, she is keeping a close eye on the market and hoping for some positive movement.
Once rates are secured, the team continues to monitor them daily and will switch clients to a better deal if rates improve.
After a busy period, Amy is looking forward to a well-earned long weekend and hopes all clients enjoy their Easter break.

Sarah
Sarah is more than ready for a bit of downtime after a hectic couple of weeks. Between family celebrations, awards events and keeping up with all the mortgage rate changes, it has been full on.
There has also been plenty of discussion around what April might bring, but as always, the team will keep a close eye on the market and support clients through any changes.

Whether rates are rising, falling or staying put, we are here to help you navigate your options and make the right decision for your circumstances.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
