The decorations are down, the team is back, and we are starting 2026 at full speed. Whether
it’s first-time buyers, remortgages or moving plans, the new year is already bringing a fresh
wave of enquiries from people ready to make a change. Here’s what the team has been up
to in our first week back.
Carrie
It is all systems go this week as the team returns after the festive break. Carrie has been
working through client documents and getting everything in place for Amy and Lara to start
looking at options. Whether clients are buying their first home, moving house or reviewing
their current mortgage, she is making sure nothing slows them down.
Amy
We are now back in the office after a lovely Christmas and New Year break. Amy had a
short holiday to Tenerife, flying out on Boxing Day and returning on New Year’s Eve just in
time to see in 2026.
January always brings new resolutions and fresh goals, and this year is no different. The
team has had a steady flow of enquiries from people looking to move home, and
appointments are already filling up fast. If moving is on your list for this year, now is a great
time to start the conversation.
Lara
After enjoying some well-deserved time off with family over Christmas, Lara has jumped
straight back into a busy first week. She has been supporting clients who are buying out of
their Help to Buy arrangements, sourcing mortgage in principles quickly to secure home
moves, and helping with buy to let purchases. It is great to see so many clients taking
confident steps into 2026.
Sarah
Sarah also enjoyed a relaxing festive break and is back in action with a full inbox and lots of
enquiries from people hoping to move. In addition to supporting clients, she has also taken
on some new responsibilities within the business. This week, she submitted her first
mortgage application in over six years, proving it is never too late to take on a new
challenge.
Whatever your goals are this year, from buying your first home to switching to a better
mortgage deal, we are here to help you take the next step.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
