It’s been a great week at Mortgages in Lincoln, not just because of the brilliant client outcomes we’ve achieved, but also because we finally have the full team back in the office.
Colin has had a particularly rewarding week, working across a range of cases that really highlight the value of good advice. He helped protect a young family with a cost-effective protection policy, giving them peace of mind for the future. He also supported a client who had been working hard to rebuild their credit, helping them secure a mortgage on the High Street. And for some clients in London, Colin is navigating the complexities of buying a leasehold flat with a share of the freehold, always aiming to secure the most suitable mortgage available from the High Street.
Amy was buzzing on Wednesday with the full team finally reunited. After a quick catch-up over coffee (and a rundown of Sarah’s holiday in sunny Cyprus), it was straight back to work. From Level 2 survey results and solicitor paperwork to trust forms and first-time buyer meetings, it’s been a productive week.
Carrie echoed the excitement of having the team back in full swing. With her own mortgage and protection reviews on the horizon, she’s about to become the client. Good luck, Carrie. We’ve got you covered.
Lara has been immersing herself in system training over the past few weeks, getting a solid understanding of the full process. With appointments filling up fast now that everyone’s returned from summer breaks, she’s looking forward to taking on more workload and supporting the team even further.
And Sarah, despite arriving back from Cyprus at 4.30am and running on just three hours of sleep, jumped straight back into the swing of things (with a few coffees in hand). With only seven emails waiting, we think that’s a sign of a well-oiled machine. Great job, team.
