Supporting the Team Behind the Scenes
We’re delighted to introduce the newest member of the Mortgages in Lincoln team – Lara Edwards.
Lara joins us as a Mortgage Paraplanner, supporting our advisers with research, numbers, and reports. While her role doesn’t involve face-to-face client advice, she plays a key part in helping ensure each recommendation is well-informed, accurate, and tailored to the individual. Behind every mortgage solution we deliver, there’s a lot of analysis and planning – and Lara’s already proving a vital part of that process.
She brings over nine years of experience in the property industry, having worked at a large property franchise group in a senior sales administration role. That background gives her a solid understanding of the wider home-buying journey – and it’s one of the reasons she’s been able to hit the ground running.
Lara says, “It’s been an interesting and exciting start, understanding the complexities that can come with mortgages. The team really go above and beyond for their clients, and I can’t wait to be a part of that!”
Before her time in the property sector, Lara worked in marketing, fitness and wellness – holding a degree in Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a YMCA Diploma in Personal Training. She’s a strong communicator, highly organised, and brings a calm, professional approach to even the busiest days in the office.
Outside of work, Lara is always on the move – quite literally. A mum to two young daughters, she enjoys running several times a week (sometimes with a buggy in tow). Her mix of energy and focus fits in well with the fast pace of life at Mortgages in Lincoln.
