Colin’s Week: First-Time Buyer Success and Serious Savings This week, Colin had not just one, but two fantastic success stories with first-time buyers. Both appointments, one on Thursday morning at 10:30 AM and another later that evening at 7:30 PM, resulted in acceptances in principle, and both clients had offers accepted on their very first homes by Friday morning. Fast, focused, and effective!
But that’s not all. Colin also went head-to-head with estate agents this week and negotiated a total of £22,500 in discounts on house purchases for clients. That’s real money back in people’s pockets and another example of how having the right advice (and the right negotiator!) can make all the difference.
